How We Work
Qualitative research is our passion and human-to-human interaction sits at the heart of everything we do. We use depth interviews, groups and in-the-moment approaches to understand how people navigate pressures, emotions and physical reality.
But we also use digital tools, including AI, to support and enhance our work. From exploring ideas and interrogating material to experimenting with new ways of capturing and understanding everyday experiences. That doesn’t mean that we’re fervent tech partisans. But we believe advanced tools can complement our thoughtful human intelligence to help your business.
Who We Are
We’re a start-up tapping into our founders’ 25 years of insight experience. We’re steeped in qual and influenced by our interest in socioeconomics and experience of different cultures and languages. We believe in staying small and giving our clients the personal touch, with each project run by an &insight founder.
Sabine Stork has headed up international qual agencies for well over 20 years. She has worked for a range of blue-chip clients across diverse sectors from mobile comms to feminine hygiene, from medical tech to food.
Steve Mullins is a seasoned journalist and writer turned creative researcher. He’s always been interested in what words can do, just as he likes to find out what it is that makes people tick. He speaks German, French and Spanish.
